The card in the location specified by the loc parameter cannot already be provisioned in the database.
Recovery
Display the cards in the database. Enter the rtrv-card command.
Re-enter the ent-card command that generated this error message, specifying a card location that is not already equipped. Refer to Appendix A of the Commands User's Guide for information about cards that use the ent-card command.
