E3237 Cmd Rej: Cannot change the last screenset

When screen sets are provisioned to maximum capacity (1023 screen sets), no screen sets can be changed.

Recovery

1. Use the rtrv-scrset command to display all screen sets.
2. Use the dlt-scrset command to remove a screen set definition from the database.
3. Re-enter the chg-scrset command that generated this error message.
