E3239 Cmd Rej: Card does not use MPS functionality

The card location specified in the loc parameter is provisioned as an SCCP card that is providing only GTT service.

Recovery

1. Enter the rtrv-card command to display the cards in the database.
2. Re-enter the command that generated this error message, specifying the location of the appropriate VSCCP card.
