E2669 Cmd Rej: Cannot set DefCC to NONE if SIPNP is ON

For the chg-stpopts command, the defcc=none parameter can not be specified if the SIPNP feature is turned ON.

Recovery

1. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command to retrieve the status of the SIPNP feature.
2. Refer to the command description in Commands User's Guide and Database Administration - Features User's Guide for assistance. Re-enter the command that generated this error message, specifying a valid combination of parameters.
