E2670 Cmd Rej: Invalid value of DATA parameter for given APPL

If the IPSG32 GPL is running on the location specified by the loc parameter, then gtt and nosccp are the only valid values for the DATA parameter. If the GPL is anything but the IPSG32 GPL, the data=nosccp parameter cannot be used for the card at that location.

For the chg-card command, if the card is type=slic with data=gtt and is changed to type=enet/enetb, then data must be changed to nosccp first.

For the ent-card command, the DATA parameter can only be equal to DN or ELAP when the type=dsm and appl=siphc parameters are specified.

For the rept-stat-card command, the data=nosccp parameter can be specified only when the appl=ipsg parameter is specified.
