E2672 Cmd Rej: SIP Phone Context already exists

For the ent-sip-npp command, the Phone Context should be unique.

Recovery

1. Enter the rtrv-sip-npp command to display the outputs of the SIPPHCXT parameter specified in the system. Refer to the command description in the Commands User's Guide and Database Administration - Features User's Guide for assistance.
2. Re-enter the command that generated this error message, using a unique value of PHCTXT and specifying a valid combination of parameters.
