E3849 Cmd Rej: Card(s) cannot warm restart - FORCE parameter required

If the data=persist parameter is specified, and if all of the specified cards do not meet the warm restart requirements, then the force parameter must be specified and a full data download may be required. Table 2-6 describes the possible reasons a card may require a full data download:

UNKNOWN	Unknown
OTHER	Other

Recovery

Re-enter the init-card or init-sys command that generated this error message, specifying a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in the Commands User's Guide for assistance.
