The card location must contain a card that is running the STPLAN application.
Recovery
Display the card types in the database. Enter the rtrv-card command.
Provision a card running the STPLAN application as necessary. Refer to the Database Administration - Features User's Guide for assistance.
Re-enter the act/canc/end/rtrv-dlk or rtrv-ip-node command that generated this error message, specifying a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in Commands User's Guide and to the Database Administration - Features User's Guide for assistance.
