E3911 Cmd Rej: Either PLNP or WNP Features must be ON

The Personal Communication Service 1900 Local Number Portability (PLNP) feature or the Wireless LNP (WNP) feature must be turned on before the wqredrct parameter can be specified.

Note:

Once a feature that is controlled using a feature bit has been turned on, it cannot be turned off.

Recovery

1. Display the status of the PLNP and WNP features. Enter the rtrv-feat command.
2. Turn on the feature as necessary. Refer to the ELAP Administration and LNP Feature Activation Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the chg-lnpopts command that generated this error message.
