If the rcontext parameter is specified, then the split, ncics, and ncice parameters cannot be specified.

Re-enter the chg-appl-rtkey command that generated this error message, specifying a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in the Commands User's Guide and to the Database Administration - IP7 User's Guide for assistance.
