E3611 Cmd Rej: STP table is full

This MTT is displayed when user tries to add another point code in the STP table and table is full.

Recovery

1. Delete the entry from the mate stp table using the dlt-mate-stp command.
2. Execute the ent-mate-stp command again and it should execute successfully.
   Contact My Oracle Support (MOS) if this error message appears again.
