E3610 Cmd Rej: Failure reading VLR DBMM Table

Not able to access the VLR DBMM Table in the ent-vlr-roaming, chg-vlr-roaming, dlt-vlr-roaming, ent-vlr-prof, chg-vlr-prof, and dlt-vlr-prof commands.

Recovery

1. The DB should be repaired or restored using the chg-db: action=repair/restore command.
2. Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
   Contact My Oracle Support (MOS) if this error message appears again.
