E4484 Cmd Rej: MRN entry is being referred by other entities

If the Flexible GTT Load Sharing (FGTTLS) feature is enabled, then an MRN entry cannot be deleted if the entry is referenced in the MAP, GTT, GTT Action, or PPSOPTS table, using the MRNSET/PC combination.

If the FGTTLS feature is not enabled, then the MRN entry cannot be deleted if the entry is referenced in the GTT, GTT Action, or PPSOPTS table, using the point code.

Recovery

  1. Display the status of the FGLS feature. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command.
If the feature does not appear in the output, then the feature is not enabled. If the feature has a status of OFF, then the feature is enabled but is not turned on.
  2. Display the relevant tables. Enter the rtrv-gta command to display the GTT table, the rtrv-gttact command to display the GTT Action table, the rtrv-map command to display the MAP table, or the rtrv-ppsopts command to display the PPSOPTS table.
  3. Revise the data as necessary. Refer to Database Administration - GTT User's Guide for assistance.
  4. Re-enter the dlt-mrn command that generated this error message.
