0049 - Bit Rate change ACK failure

This error is displayed when OAM does not receive the acknowledgement of the Rate change request from an all HIPR2 IMT Bus.

Note:

During IMT Bus Rate change execution, no physical status change of IMT Bus (such as unplugging HIPR2 cards) should take place.
