You can perform actions on pages that show lists of objects like the Project Listing, Proposal Listing, and Resource Listing pages either by using a toolbar that shows icons for various actions or by using the pull-down Page Level Menus on the right side of the page.
All functions in the Toolbar are also available from the Page Level Menus. Use the View menu to turn on or off the toolbar. Select Display Print-Data Toolbar from the View menu (View > Toolbar > Display Print-Data Toolbar).
