Personalizing the Listing Pages

You can personalize the listing (Project Listing, Proposal Listing, Idea Listing, Program Listing and the Resource Listing) pages by selecting the columns to display, selecting the order of the columns, and modifying the column width. You can also save these settings as a part of your Saved Searches.

To select columns to display:

  1. From the listing page, click the Select Columns icon or select Columns from the View menu. The Select Columns to display pop-up appears.
  2. Select the columns that you want displayed and click OK. The projects page is refreshed with the selected columns.

    Note: The columns with the icon indicate that these are computed columns. The listing page may take longer to refresh or reload if too many of these columns are selected. For best results, use the computed columns minimally and only when necessary.

To change the order of the columns:

From the listing page, click a column heading and drag it to the desired location. The columns are redisplayed in a new order.

To resize the column width:

From the listing page, click and drag the border of the column to the desired width.

To save column selection and size:

Click the Save My Settings icon, or from the View menu select Save View Settings.

To turn on/off the filter:

Click the Turn On/Off Filter icon or from the View menu select Filter Row.

To save your settings:

You can save the column order, selection and size by clicking on the Save My Settings icon or select (Page Menu) View > Save View Settings. On subsequent logins, your saved settings are used to display the page.

Note: If the page has a treegrid, then the treegrid setting is saved along with the Display Left Navigation setting. If the page has no TreeGrid, then only the Display Left Navigation setting is saved.

To load your settings:

Click the Load My Setting icon to load your saved layout. You can also click the menu selector to load the layout specific to a profile or global. This option is available only if your administrator enabled it.
