Gantt View
A gantt chart of an entire project can be viewed by selecting (Project Plan Page Menu) View > Gantt from the Project's Roadmap page. The chart is a good way to get a quick snapshot view of a project. It can be printed using Print command from the right-mouse-button menu of your browser. See topic Using the Gantt View.
Assignment View
You can view the resource assignments for all activities or tasks in your Project Plan. To access the Assignment View, go to (Project Plan Page Menu) View > Assignment.
Document View
To access the Documents View, go to (Project Plan Page Menu) View > Documents. From the Documents view, you can view all the associated documents and tools. For more information see topic Adding a Document to a Roadmap or Task.
Project Roadmap View
To access the Roadmap or Project Plan view, go to (Project Plan Page Menu) View > Roadmap. For detailed instructions, see topic Viewing Project Roadmaps.
