You can add a new Strategy node to an existing Strategy node in the Tree pane of the Strategies page.
To add a node:
- Click on the parent node to select it.
- To add a new subcategory or sub node, click the root Strategy folder.
- Click the Add icon. A new node is added.
- Enter/Select the properties for the new node in the Details pane.
- Name
- Type
- Status – Active/Inactive
- Owner
- Tracking Frequency
- Priority
- Risk Indicator
- Score
- Business Drivers
- Description
- Mission
- Vision
- Comments
- If you are adding a node to the Organization node, you will have to select the specific organizational unit within which the node should be situated. This unit becomes a node and within it, the new strategy is created.
- Click Save to save the details of the newly created strategy node.
