Adding a Node

You can add a new Strategy node to an existing Strategy node in the Tree pane of the Strategies page.

To add a node:

  1. Click on the parent node to select it.
  2. To add a new subcategory or sub node, click the root Strategy folder.
  3. Click the Add icon. A new node is added.
  4. Enter/Select the properties for the new node in the Details pane.
    • Name
    • Type
    • Status – Active/Inactive
    • Owner
    • Tracking Frequency
    • Priority
    • Risk Indicator
    • Score
    • Business Drivers
    • Description
    • Mission
    • Vision
    • Comments
  5. If you are adding a node to the Organization node, you will have to select the specific organizational unit within which the node should be situated. This unit becomes a node and within it, the new strategy is created.
  6. Click Save to save the details of the newly created strategy node.
