From the Gantt view, you can quickly identify all tasks that are on the critical path. The tasks that can directly impact a project’s end date are displayed in red.
To view activities on the critical path:
- From the Project Roadmap, select the Gantt tab.
- Click the check box Show Critical Path.
Tip:
If no critical path displays, check to see if you have set too much slack in the project schedule.
