In most EnterpriseTrack installations, the Executive Dashboard shows five high level visual reports:
- Project Count by Status
- Average cycle time by Executive
- Proposal Evaluation Criteria (Attractiveness of project vs. Cost)
- Aggregate Month-by-Month Financial Savings for all projects
- User distribution by Title
To view the Executive dashboard
- Click on My Dashboards in the left navigation bar. Select Executive Dashboard from the Select Dashboard: pull-down menu.
- Click on any of these graphs to view a second level of detail. You can further drill down to project and proposal level information from here.
- Position your mouse over a particular section of the graph view details about that section.
- Click the Edit Component Filters button to edit the display component setting for each graph.
- Click the Maximize button to view the graph in full-screen mode. Click the Restore button to toggle back from the full-screen mode.
