The Project Dashboard displays project specific information for all projects and initiatives within the system. In most EnterpriseTrack installations you can view:
- Project timelines by project number and month
- Total finances for all projects
- Project metrics: primary, baseline and target
- Open activities for all projects
- Open tasks for all projects
- Open issues for all projects
To view the Project dashboard
- Click on My Dashboards in the left navigation bar. Select Project Dashboard from the Select Dashboard: pull-down menu.
- Click the graphs and individual rows to view greater levels of detail. You can further drill down to view project and proposal level information from here.
- Position your mouse over a particular section of the graph to view details about that section.
- Click the Edit Component Filters button to edit the display component setting for each graph.
- Click the Maximize button to view the graph in full-screen mode. Click the Restore button to toggle back from the full-screen mode.
