The following table lists the control buttons displayed on the Project Listing page and the Project Roadmap, and non-WBS activity pages. You can view or hide the 4 toolbars (Print-Data, Editing, Views, and Row-Action Menu). From the View menu, select Toolbars and select or deselect the checkbox associated with each toolbar.
Note: You can also use the View and Data menus to perform all the actions described below.

| Reset settings. Click on the selector button to choose from the options. |
| Print Roadmap grid. Pop ups must be disabled. |
| Export roadmap grid to a CSV file. |
| Personalize roadmap grid. You can choose the columns you want displayed on the Roadmaps page. |
| Turn on/off the filter row. |
| Turn on/off the group by column functionality. If enabled, you can customize the projects page to show project summary based on your filter criteria. |
| Turn on/off the pivot functionality. If enabled, you can generate custom pivot tables from the project list page. |
