EnterpriseTrack allows the project team to download project specific reports within the context of a project. These reports summarize and aggregate various pieces of project information.
Within a project, you can run the following reports:
- Control Plan Report: Shows all the tasks that were marked as control plan task types.
- Executive Summary Report: Displays all the notes of the project that are of type Executive Summary.
- Final Report: Displays various elements of the proposal as well as summary project information like cycle time, finances etc.
- Financial Detail Report: Displays a print-friendly version and enables a comma-separated-values export of all detailed finance data entered in the finance section.
- Financial Plan Vs Actual Report: Compares the finance data snapshot taken when a project is closed (i.e. when the project moves into realization) with the finance data at the current time (i.e. when the report is run).
- Issues Report: Lists all the issues within the project.
- Notes Report: Lists all notes entered as part of the project.
- Proposal Report: Displays a print friendly version of the project proposal.
- Review Report: Displays the status of the tasks and deliverables associated with the project.
