Working with Email Project Settings

EnterpriseTrack periodically sends out informational and warning email messages to its users. The recipients and the subject of these email messages are determined by your administrator, but can be over written at the project level by users who have the permission to do so.

To edit the email settings, navigate to the Settings page by clicking the Settings link on the Left Navigation bar, or select (Project#) > Go To > Settings within a particular project.

  1. On the Project Settings page you will see the list of email notifications that have been configured for your system
  2. Click the Edit link in the Action column of the appropriate Email Notification.
  3. On the Edit Email page, select the check box to enable the notification. Uncheck the box to disable it.
  4. To modify the To, CC and Bcc addresses, click in the appropriate field and select the roles from the Email list menu on the right. You can select multiple entries by holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard. You can also select the roles one at a time; just separate the values with a comma.
  5. To edit the Email subject, type the required text in the field.
  6. Click the Update button to save your changes.
