Working with Percent Completion Settings

Use the Percent Completion Settings page to select how you want EnterpriseTrack to calculate the percent compete for a project. You can choose manual mode and enter the percentage complete for each activity under the Roadmap page, or have the system calculate the completion percentage using activity count, effort, or duration. If any one of the following option is chosen, the system will calculate the percent completion as follows:

To change the criteria based on which the percentage completion is calculated for a project:

  1. From the Top Navigation Bar, select (Project#) > Go To > Settings, or select the Settings link on the Left Navigation Bar. The current setting is displayed in the Percent Completion Type column.
  2. Click the [Edit] link.
  3. Select the new percent completion type.
  4. Click Save.
