First Name |
Enter the employee’s first name. |
Last Name |
Enter the employee’s last name. |
DOB |
Select the employee’s date of birth. |
Hire Date |
Enter the date the employee was hired. |
(Optional) MagCard ID |
Enter the magnetic card number assigned to the employee or swipe the card to enter the card number into the application. |
(Optional) Finger Print |
If a fingerprint scanner is connected, you can scan the employee’s fingerprints into the application. |
RVCs |
Select the employee’s revenue center. You cannot change the primary revenue center of the employee. |
Enable Reporting |
Select this option to grant the employee access to Oracle Hospitality Reporting and Analytics. |
Is Salaried |
Select this option if the employee is paid a flat amount. |
Pay Rate |
Enter the employee’s pay rate. |
Logon Name |
Enter the username to use to sign on to the workstation. If you selected Enable Reporting, the employee can use the same username to sign on to Reporting and Analytics. |
Password |
Enter the password to use to sign on to the workstation. If you selected Enable Reporting, the employee can use the same username to sign on to Reporting and Analytics. |
Confirm Password |
Re-enter the password. |
