Use Room Maintenance to record, view, or resolve maintenance requests. Requests do not place rooms in Out of Order or Out of Service status or deduct them from available inventory.
- From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Room Management, and then select Room Maintenance
- Click New.
- Enter one or more room numbers in the Room field.
- Select a reason. The reason code will automatically populate the Reason field.
- Enter remarks in the Remarks field.
- Click Save.
