You can deactivate a profile if a guest requests it or if the profile has not been used for a long time. Changing a profile to inactive makes it easier to find when you need to purge it. To deactivate a profile:
From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, and select Manage Profile.
Search for and go to a profile.
Scroll to the Profile Details section to view the profile details.
Under Profile Details, click Edit and deselect the Active check box.
Click Save.
