オフライン・ログイン

オフライン・ログインでは、次のいずれかのシナリオが発生した場合、ユーザーはOracle Universal Authenticatiorを使用してデバイスへのログインを続行できます:
  • Oracle Universal Authenticatorインフラストラクチャの一部が使用できません。たとえば、システムの停止またはネットワークの問題により、Oracle Access Management (OAM)またはOracle Advanced Authenticationが使用できません。
  • OAMユーザー・アカウントがロックされているか、ユーザーのOAMパスワードが期限切れであるか、OAMユーザーに必須のパスワード変更が必要なため、ログインが拒否されます。

このようなシナリオが発生した場合、Oracle Universal Authenticatorでは、状況が解決されるまで、ユーザーはOAM資格証明を使用してWindowsにログインできます。オフライン・モードでは、ユーザーはシングル・サインオンを使用してアプリケーションに自動的にログインしません。

例:
  1. ユーザーは、Windowsログイン画面でOracle Universal Authenticatorを選択します。
  2. ユーザーはOAM資格証明を入力します。
  3. ユーザーは、ログインが拒否された理由に関連するエラー・メッセージを受け取ります。
  4. ユーザーはOAMユーザーのパスワードを入力し、矢印をクリックします。
  5. ログインに成功すると、Windowsデスクトップが表示されます。
  6. 状況が解決されると、ユーザーはWindowsからログアウトし、OAM資格証明を使用して再度ログインできます。

次の各項では、ログインが拒否されたときに各シナリオで受信されるエラー・メッセージの概要を示します:

OAMユーザー・アカウントがロックされています

Your account is locked. Please provide your password to proceed. Some features of your Login with Oracle will not be available. To restore all features, you need to logout and login again after resolving your account status.

OAMユーザー・パスワードが期限切れです

パスワード管理が有効になっている場合は、次のメッセージが表示されます。「パスワード管理の構成」を参照してください。
Your password has expired. Click OK to go to the password management service, or click Cancel to continue logging in, which may result in some features being unavailable.
パスワード管理が有効になっていない場合は、次のメッセージが表示されます:
Your password has expired. Please provide your password to proceed. Some features of your Login with Oracle will not be available. To restore all features, you need to logout and login again after resolving your account status.

必須のOAMユーザー・パスワードの変更が必要です

You must change your password. Please provide your password to proceed. Some features of your Login with Oracle will not be available. To restore all features, you need to logout and login again after resolving your account status.
