Catering Configuration Reports

Prerequisites for Catering Configuration Reports

The following Event Resource Configuration reports are available:

Composed Menu Info (rep_menuinfo.rep with rep_menuinfo.fmx): This configuration report allows you to check whether all catering menus are entered into the system and that they are configured correctly. It typically is printed after the initial input of configuration data or if catering menus are changed.

Daily Menu Item List (rep_menuitem.rep with rep_menuitem.fmx): This report provides a list of menu items with numbers expected, guaranteed, and actual separately for each day of the selected date range. This is an ideal report to use as a forecast and guide for the kitchen in preparing food orders for the future.

Menu Item List (rep_mitemdtl.rep with rep_mitemdtl.fmx): This report is helpful in reviewing the configured menu items with their internal criteria. It is typically generated during and after configuration of menu items to verify that all relevant data is entered. The same is applicable when menus and menu items are changed.
