Using Track It

In this video, you will learn how to use Track It.  In this example, I will set up a task request for

the delivery of luggage to an arriving guest's  room and then action the request on the OPERA

cloud mobile application. Let's get started.  To set up a Track It request in OPERA cloud

go to miscellaneous and then select Track It. Track It manages the storage and delivery of

guest baggage, parcels, vehicles, and valet parking,  and lost items. Click new. Next I select baggage.

Now I can enter a ticket number. In this example,  the ticket number will be the luggage tag number

on the bags that are delivered to the guest. I  click the type magnifying glass and select luggage

from the list. I can now click select. I click the  action magnifying glass and select deliver to room.

Then click select. To change the number of bags. I  click the plus sign to increase the quantity to 2.

I click the location magnifying glass and  select bell desk storeroom to specify the

current location of the luggage, then click select.  Next, I enter the description, black suitcase.

To link this Track It request to the guests  reservation I click the name magnifying glass.

Now I can search for the arrival reservation by  entering a variety of options. In this example,

I enter the room number and click search. Next  I click the reservation and click select. Now

I can see the reservation linked to this new  Track It request just created, then click save.

To find the Track It request I just created,  with the open checkbox selected, I click search.

Now I can see the Track It request I just created.  I can click the vertical ellipse to edit, delete,

or view the history of this Track It request. Now  on a mobile device, I will demonstrate how to view,

assign, and close this Track It request, once the  bags are delivered to the guest. Go to the OPERA

cloud mobile application and tap Track It requests.  In this example, I tap baggage. From the drop-down

list. I select unassigned requests. Next I tap the  Track It request from the list and then tap claim.

Now I select my requests from the drop-down  list. Then, after the suitcases are delivered
