Configuring Scheduling Activities Status Codes

The OPERA Cloud integration with an External Activities Scheduler system requires you to identify the status codes for scheduled activities so that OPERA Cloud can distinguish these, internally, from status codes set up for other purposes.

Adding Scheduled Activities Status Codes

  1. From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, select Scheduled Activities, then select Status Codes.

  2. Click New and enter the following details:
    1. Property: Enter or select the property.

    2. Status Code: Enter a code for the status.

    3. Description: Enter a status description.

    4. Application: Select an application for this status code from the list.

    5. Language: Select a language from the list.

    6. Priority: Select a priority to assign to the status from the list.

  3. Click Save.

Editing Scheduled Activities Status Codes

  1. From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, select Scheduled Activities, then select Status Codes.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the status code, click the vertical ellipsis and select Edit.

  4. Update details.

  5. Click Save.

Deleting Scheduled Activities Status Codes

  1. From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, select Scheduled Activities, then select Status Codes.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the status code, click the vertical ellipsis and select Delete.

  4. Click Delete to confirm.
