Configuring Credit Card Terminals (PIN Entry Payment Devices)

OPERA Cloud supports Chip and PIN for credit card authorizations and payments. Chip and PIN payment utilizes the EMV standard and requires a microchip on the credit card that holds the cardholder authentication information. To process Chip and PIN payments, you must set up the Chip and PIN payment devices available at your property. Chip & PIN devices can be grouped by device areas to assist mobile users with finding the required, nearby device.
