Managing Notes on Simple Events

Adding Notes

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Block, and then select Manage Blocks.

  2. Search for the block.

  3. From search results, click the I Want To . . . menu and select Events. Or, from the block presentation screen, click Events.

  4. Search for the event.

  5. Click the row level vertical ellipsis of the event and select Add Notes.

    1. The Note Type defaults to the Event Title.

    2. Enter a Note Title.

    3. Select the Internal check box if you want only internal staff to see the note.

    4. Enter a Sequence number to rank the order of appearance of the note in lists.

    5. Enter notes in the Comments field.

  6. Click Save.

Editing Notes

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Block, and then select Manage Blocks.

  2. Search for the block.

  3. From search results, click the I Want To . . . menu and select Events. Or, from the block presentation screen, click Events.

  4. Search for the event.

  5. Click the notes icon in the row.

  6. Click the vertical ellipsis and select Edit for the notes to edit.

  7. Click Save.

Deleting Notes

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Block, and then select Manage Blocks.

  2. Search for the block.

  3. From search results, click the I Want To . . . menu and select Events. Or, from the block presentation screen, click Events.

  4. Search for the event.

  5. Click the notes icon in the row.

  6. Click the vertical ellipsis and select Delete for the notes to delete.

  7. Click Delete to confirm your decision.
