Managing Reservation Do Not Move Room Status

Prerequisites for Setting a Reservation to Do Not Move Status

Once a room is assigned to a reservation, you can prevent the room from being reassigned by setting a do not move status on the reservation. The do not move status is in effect until the reservation is checked in and only other users with the Do Not Move Room task granted are able to reassign the room for the reservation.
