Changing Rooms

The Change Room Number utility enables you to change system-generated rooms (required for Oracle Hospitality OPERA Room Reservations Cloud Service) to valid PMS rooms.

Note:

You will need an OPERA Cloud Support Key from your system administrator for this functionality.
  1. From the Toolbox menu, select Utilities select Room Utilities, and then select Change Room Number.
  2. Enter a valid OPERA Cloud Support Key number and click Login.
  3. Search for your property and click Change Room Number.
