Prerequisites for Delete Customization
The Delete Customization feature enables you to delete customization and personalization changes made by users at the Chain, Hub, and/or Property Levels.
When a customization or a personalization is made in an area of the application, a custom file is created for storing the changes. Multiple changes made to the same area are stored within the custom file and deleting this file deletes all customization or personalization changes.
The Delete Customization screen provides the option to delete these files from a central location, thereby, enhancing the existing Delete Customization option in panels where customization is available.
The search results on the Delete Customization screen show the custom file name, user, updated date, and screen where the customization and/or personalization was made.
