Configuring Electronic Registration Card Templates

An electronic registration card appears when you select the action to create an eSign Registration Card for an arrival reservation. The guest can then initial and sign the electronic registration card on a tablet device. Configuring an electronic registration card template allows you to structure the content and appearance of the electronic form.
When the multi-language General control is enabled, you can configure registration card templates per language; OPERA Cloud displays the suitable electronic registration card based on the language selected in the guest profile. If a template is not configured for a specific language, OPERA Cloud displays a default registration card based on the Base Language setting in Property configuration.
Electronic registration cards templates can also be configured per Membership Type.
