Configuring Airports

Adding Airports

Note:

When the multi-property cloud service is active, new Airport codes are created by selecting the Template tab. Once created, you can copy Airport codes to specific properties using the Copy action. See Copying Configuration Codes to Multiple Properties for more information.

1. From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Chain and Property and select Airports.

2. Click New and complete the following

   1. Code. Enter the Airport code.

   2. Description. Enter the Airport name.

   3. Website. Enter Airport website URL

   4. Driving Directions. Enter driving directions from the airport to the property, or geographical direction of the airport from the property.

   5. Driving Time. Enter the time needed to drive between the airport and the property.

   6. Distance. Enter the distance of the airport from the hotel property.

   7. Distance Type. Select the distance measurement (e.g., miles, kilometers)

   8. Sequence. Enter a sequence number that determines the position of this airport in listings.

   9. Transportation. Select the transportation carriers/services available at the airport. See Transportation for details.

3. Click Save.

Editing Airports

1. From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Chain and Property and select Airports.

2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

3. Select the Airport, click the vertical ellipsis and select Edit.

4. Update the configuration.

5. Click Save.

Deleting Airports

1. From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Chain and Property and select Airports.

2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

3. Select the Airport, click the vertical ellipsis and select Delete.

4. Click Delete and confirm the deletion.
