The Activity Summary Matrix Report summarizes catering activities by type and owner. The report prints a summary of all activities for a selected date range by type, and can be printed for activities based on their completion status or for all activities.
Report General Conditions
The report parameter form is named REP_SREP_ACT_SUMMARY.
Fields
Property: Select the property from the multi select list field.
Activity Type: A mandatory field. Use this option to select one, multiple, or all available activity types (up to 14) to print on this report.
Activity From Date : Filter the report by selecting an Activity From date range.
Activity To Date: Filter this report by selecting an activity To date range for this report.
Owner: Select the Owner or multiple Owners for which the report should print.
Purpose: This field accepts free-form text entry and wildcards.
Activity Result: Use the multi select list.
Completed: Select Yes, No, or Both. Select include or exclude activities that are either completed, not completed or both.
Report Data
The report prints in the following order: Owner Code, Sales Manager, and all selected activity types. The final column contains totals for all the selected activities for each sales rep. The final row of the matrix contains totals for each selected activity type and a grand total of all activities by owner in the last column.
