Customizing Views

The views.xml file describes the view configurations that Siebel CRM Desktop uses in Siebel CRM Desktop forms and in Outlook views. Each Outlook view uses an XML file that is native to Outlook. Siebel CRM Desktop modifies these native Outlook views so that it can display Siebel CRM data. For example, it predefines the Siebel Accounts view in Outlook that it displays in the Accounts folder.
