Customizing the SalesBook Control

The lookup_view_defs.xml file sets configuration options for the SalesBook control in Microsoft Outlook. This control defines references between objects. Siebel CRM Desktop uses it primarily in lookup controls. You can use the lookup_view_defs.xml file to specify the objects that it makes available through each SalesBook control.
