Overview: Use the Customer Purchase History page to review the items ordered by the customer. The Most Frequent Purchases Panel displays up to five items in the customer’s purchase history that appear in the greatest number of orders, regardless of the ship-to customer on the order or the status of the order line. In addition, you can use this page to update the customer’s information.
How to display: Select the Purchase History option on the Customer Order List page.
Purchase History first displays on this page in descending order date, descending order number, descending ship to number, and ascending item ID sequence.
