Overview: Use the Customer Search Results page to review customers that match the customer search criteria that you entered on the Search for Orders or Customers page. From this page, you can select a customer for review, including a list of the customer’s orders, and maintenance.
How to display: Perform a customer search on the Order Search (Search for Orders or Customers) page when more than one customer is found.
When you first advance to this page, customer search results display in ascending company name, ascending customer last name sequence.
