Change a User's Username/Email Address (Aconex Only)

Organization administrators for Aconex projects can change a user's username, which is also a user's email address, in the Lobby. This is helpful when there is a domain name change or when a user has a name change.

Note: This task can be performed for an Active user that is licensed with only an Aconex application account. For example, if an Active user is a licensed user of both an Aconex application and a Primavera Cloud application, this feature is disabled.

To change a username/email address:

  1. Select Navigation Menu and select Organizations.
  2. On the Organization Directory page, locate the row where your organization is listed, and then select View Users.
  3. On the Users page, locate the row for the user you want to update.
  4. In the Action menu, select Edit username.
  5. In the Edit username dialog box, enter a new username in the form of an email address, and then select Update.

    The user will be sent an email confirmation of the username change to their former and current email addresses.
