Users Page Columns

The following columns are available for display on the Users page.

Not all columns are displayed by default. To configure the columns, see Configure the Users Page Columns.

Account Type: Values are Lobby or Aconex. An Aconex account type means the user's record has not been migrated to Lobby.
Name: User's first and last name.
Email: User's email address.
Home Organization: Lobby organization where the user account lives.
Status: Values are Enabled, Disabled, or Locked.
Admin: Indicates whether a user is an organization administrator in Lobby or Aconex.
Organization Regions: The application's region/instance of the organization.
Username: Lobby or Aconex username.
Job Title: The job title assigned to the Aconex or Lobby user.
Lobby Access: Shows whether the Lobby account is Activated or Deactivated.
Last Sign-in: Shows the date and time that the user last signed in to Lobby.

Note: The Account Type and Admin columns are only available on the View Users page (when viewing all users of a particular organization). The Lobby Access and Last Sign-in columns are only visible in Oracle US Defense Cloud (OC3) and Oracle UK Sovereign Cloud (OC4) instances.
