To delete all or part of a targeting business rule:
In the Business Rules panel, select the part of the business rule you want to delete:
If you want to delete a specific line within rule set, click on just that line.
If you want to delete a single rule (a Show or Hide rule with its associated phrases), click on a line within that rule and then choose Edit > Select Entire Rule.
If you want to delete an entire rule set (one or more Show or Hide rules with no breaks between them) choose Edit > Select Entire Rule Set.
Select Edit > Delete.
Select File > Save.
