Incremental profile updates are not passed correctly from RightNow to Oracle Commerce Service Center, and profile synchronization does not occur.

Workaround: The reference integration uses JAXB for binding XML data to Java objects. Ensure that the system property javax.xml.accessExternalDTD is passed as a Java parameter with the value set to all in the server startup script.
