Supported Configurations for Microsoft Exchange (using Exchange Service)

For all configurations and versions, Administrative tools are the minimal requirement for the MAPI subsystem.
The following service packs are recommended for the MAPI subsystem:
- 5.5 Admin - Service Pack 4
- 2000 Admin - Service Pack 3 + Post-SP3 Update Rollup
- 2003 Admin - Service Pack 1
