Add steps to an activity to list the activities or the process used to complete an activity.
To add a step to an activity:
- Select an activity.
- In the Steps panel:
- Select Add (Ctrl+Alt+A).
- In the Steps dialog box:
- Enter a name for the step.
- Select Save (Ctrl+Alt+Enter).
Tips
- If you do not see the Add button in the Steps panel, then you do not have privileges to add steps to the activity.
- To delete a step, select the step and then select Delete (Ctrl+Alt+R).
